Steel Rule Dies

The laser steel-rule die is a completely customized tool. Each die is manufactured to the customer’s specific needs and requirements.
 
The die is made with a birch or maple plywood base ranging in size from a 1/2- to 3/4-inch thick board.
 
The cutting and creasing rule is determined by the type of material being die cut and customer preference. Alpha offers a wide range of cutting, scoring, and perfing rules in house to ensure the quickest turn times possible. The ejection rubber used is determined by the type of material being die cut and customer preference. 

The dies manufactured at Alpha are designed to last. Many customers report several hundred thousand impressions with a single die.
